Karrai's Critter Corner
This was a project where a small online community based business called Karrai's Critter Corner that wanted branding made for them. They wanted a more thorough brand than what they were currently using, including display materials for trade shows that they vend at. This included an interchangeable price board, table runner, business cards, and more.
Creating a visual identity and branding for a business or company makes it easy for the audience, which in this case is a specific online artistic community, to recognize and discern businesses from each other. I was able to experiment a lot with this project, and had more creative freedom. There is also room for changes and additions later on as this business grows.

Visual Identity & Logos Applied
Using the visual identity and branding created can help convey a few of the core values the owner of Karrai's Critter Corner believes in, including the love that goes into every piece, and the excitement their clients feel when waiting for their pieces, as well as the positive energy they want to portray, especially since everything they do is custom work. They also wanted to portray some of the darker aesthetics the owner love, while also maintaining a professional visual identity and artistic feel.
Using Photoshop and Illustrator, I created mock-ups that help portray what the visual identity and branding will look like when put into use. I created mock-ups for what their website, announcement posts, pricing board, display pieces, and various other branded materials could look like. I also created some templates for Instagram posts, and for samples.

Care Guide Booklet
This booklet was designed for the business to hand out to specific clients who order a handmade costume, as they require specialized care. I designed this booklet in InDesign and used images provided to me to place inside the booklet. At the moment, these booklets are only available in PDF format, however, there are plans to get them printed physically in a format similar to a zine.
Working on this project really allowed me to experiment with working on designs for promotional material and adding branding to products that aren't often used, like the nonconventional clothing tags, and the display cube covers. It was also very interesting to work with a business that wasn't necessarily conventional itself either, being a handcrafted artisan business. I am truly excited to work with them again in the future.
